After nineteen years of educating elementary students in Hawaii, Ivy began educating adults on the value of owning real estate. Licensed in 1974, she continues her personal education annually and today holds the designations not only of Principal Broker but that of CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).
Ivy started her own real estate company in 1990, then in 2004, she created Ivy K Realty as the beginning of her fourth decade in real estate. She continues to grow by learning from educators and her clients. Likewise, she
passes along her knowledge to clients, her staff, and everyone she meets because Ivy truly believes that the way to wealth building is through home ownership and investments.
A passion for traveling, Ivy has seen Hawaii, the Mainland, and foreign countries where she soaks in the environment, customs, and atmosphere. When not traveling, Ivy enjoys reading and sharing her books and knowledge with others. No greater passion.
